Coordinating with the Housing Department, real estate agents, or property owners to identify and resolve tenancy-related issues.

Maintaining Tenancies:

Implementing effective strategies and providing guidance to help participants maintain their current housing arrangements.

Exploring Alternative Housing Options:

Supporting participants to explore and evaluate alternative accommodation solutions that better meet their needs.

Application Assistance:

Help with completing private rental applications, government housing applications, and accessing bond loans or household essentials.

Financial Assistance and Advocacy:

Support to obtain Government bond loans, Utility Relief Grants, and other financial assistance programs.

Securing Sustainable Accommodation:

Assisting participants to find housing that is not only suitable but also sustainable—promoting stability, freedom, and independence.

Communication and Advocacy:

Coordinating and communicating with landlords, sellers, housing bodies, and utility providers on behalf of the participant to bring the best options to the table.

Budgeting Support:

Providing assistance with budgeting to improve financial literacy and long-term housing security.

Capacity Building:

Equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to independently access and maintain affordable, safe, and sustainable accommodation.
